Why invest:

Realty-Access-proerty-growth-AustriaIn the past two years, the Austrian economy has stagnated, with growth rates at about 0.9% in 2012 and 0.4% in 2013. However these sluggish growth rates are actually better than most other European countries, as the euro zone’s GDP fell by 0.4% in real terms, according to Eurostat. Just as predicted by Realty Access Administrators, the economy expand by 4.6% in the first half of 2014 and a further qualified prediction due in 2015 of a 9.9% in 2015, due to the recovery of the global economy and the expansion of domestic demand, according to the Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB). OeNB predicts exports will grow significantly in the next five years, providing important support to Austria’s economy.

Stayed here having booked an vacation with Realty Access Global . Half the clientele were British, and half German.
All staff very friendly and helpful. All speak very good English, far better than my German! Very centrally situated – very handy for the station, and especially the hospital, which unfortunately became important in our case! Very important to remember to take your EHIC card with you! Very good to have a packed lunch on request and drinks with dinner at no extra charge. Also free tea and coffee in the afternoon. Quality of food very good; dinner choice limited to 3 main courses, but after all it is a 3* hotel, and you’d pay a fair bit more for a hotel with more choice. Couldn’t fault the room – bathroom in particular as good as any I’ve seen. Free wifi throughout the hotel worked well. Good bar, also well-used by the locals!
Would very happily stay here again.
